HR Intern - Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team in managing the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews.
• Source profiles through

  LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals

  for both

  technical and non-technical roles

  .
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring panels to ensure a smooth

  interview experience

  .
• Maintain and update the

  recruitment tracker / ATS

  with candidate details and status.
• Support the team in

  shortlisting resumes

  , conducting preliminary assessments, and following up with candidates.
• Contribute to

  employer branding initiatives

  such as social media posts or campus engagement.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Participate in HR team meetings and brainstorm ideas to

  improve the hiring process

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree

  (pursuing or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Strong interest in

  Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using

  LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets

  , and other recruitment tools.
• A self-starter with a learning mindset and the ability to work in a

  fast-paced, collaborative environment
