Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in various facets of human resource management within a fast-paced, international work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support the on-boarding and induction process for new hires
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and compliance documents
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Contribute to internal HR projects and process improvement initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,512.75 per month
