HR Intern

As an HR Intern at our company located in Nashik, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of human resources. Your role will involve various responsibilities and tasks to support the HR department efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms - Screen resumes and application forms - Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates - Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks - Prepare HR-related reports as needed - Address employee queries about benefits - Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies - Participate in organizing company events and career days Qualifications Required: - Successfully completed Business Management/BBA/MBA-HR with good grades - Experience in the healthcare industry (up to 1 year) is preferred but not mandatory - Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Knowledge of MS Project will be an advantage - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills - Strong social skills, team player, ability to work in stressful situations, etc. - Ability to lead teams, assertive, excellent communicative skills with a professional appearance - Candidates with a valid driving license for LMV will be preferred - Familiarity with HRMS - Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting - Knowledge about Indian Labour Laws & Industrial Acts - Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus Join us and be a part of our team where you can contribute to the success of our organization while gaining valuable skills and experience in the field of human resources.,
