Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resource Intern to join our HR department. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support HR team in onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain and update HR databases, records, and employee files.
Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Help with payroll-related data collection and attendance management.
Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹2,000.00 per month
