About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing HR Intern who is passionate about people, culture, and creating a vibrant work environment. This role focuses on organizing employee engagement activities, supporting HR operations, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Events

• Plan and manage monthly get-togethers, festive events.
• Coordinate and anchor public meetings, team activities, and HR sessions.
• Confidently handle stage presentations and internal functions.
• Drive employee participation and boost team morale through creative initiatives.
• Support event-related communication and logistics.

Core HR Support

• Assist in recruitment – resume screening, interview scheduling
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation
• Maintain and update employee data and attendance records
• Help manage leave tracking, HR documentation, and daily HR queries
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth HR operations

Who Can Apply:

• Students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Comfortable with public speaking and handling team events
• Energetic, proactive, and people-friendly
• Well-organized with attention to detail
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
