Responsibilities: Assist in updating employee records and internal databases. Screen resumes and applications for open positions. Schedule and coordinate interviews. Support the HR team with administrative tasks. Maintain candidate databases and assist in onboarding processes. Participate in HR meetings and training sessions. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good writing and analytical skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications. Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
