Role Summary

The HR Intern will support the Mumbai HR operations by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day‑to‑day HR activities. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
• Support onboarding processes, including documentation, HRIS updates, ID creation, and induction coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with attendance monitoring, WFH/WFO tracking, leave audits, and necessary follow-ups.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, monthly meetings, celebrations, and internal communication.
• Coordinate with employees in the Mumbai office for HR queries and operational needs.
• Support HR team in campus initiatives, external events, and other projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PG in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Strong academic foundation and interest in HR operations.
• Basic understanding of HR concepts such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
• Comfortable working with MS Office/Google Workspace.
