Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Mahalaxmi nagar indore
Duration: 3–6 Months
Qualification: Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide valuable exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for various roles
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Maintain and update HR databases and records
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
• Help in drafting HR letters, policies, and internal communications
• Support payroll, attendance, and leave management processes
• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
