About the Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and other core HR functions in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

Maintain and update candidate databases

Coordinate onboarding formalities and documentation

Support HR activities like employee engagement and reporting

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Mandatory)

Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR policies

Ability to work well in a team and handle confidential information
