Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through various platforms.
Conduct initial telephonic conversations with candidates to assess suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker regularly.
Support in creating job postings and engaging candidates on LinkedIn/portals.
Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities as required.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle deadlines.
Basic knowledge of recruitment process will be an added advantage.
Highly motivated and eager to learn HR & recruitment practices.
