Position: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Duration: 3–6 months (Pre-Placement Offer)

Stipend: 3k-5k

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR

team. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and

human resources.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling

interviews.

 Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.

 Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.

 Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic rounds.

 Coordinate interview logistics with candidates.

 Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.

Requirements

 Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business

Administration, or related field.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.

 Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.

 Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
