What You’ll Be Doing

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate and support the onboarding of new hires.

2. Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute fun, engaging company events.
• Support initiatives that boost morale and productivity.

3. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
• Support day-to-day HR activities.

4. Learning & Development

• Help organize training sessions and workshops.
• Track progress and collect employee feedback.

5. Culture & Fun

• Be a culture champion and promote our core values.
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to keep the team energized.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Personality:

• Positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and a culture ambassador.
• Creative thinker who loves trying new ideas.
