Job Description

Novami Infotech Pvt Ltd is looking for an HR Executive or HR Intern to join our team. This role is open to freshers and interns who are eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
Maintain employee records and handle documentation.
Support onboarding and training programs for new employees.
Assist in payroll management and attendance tracking.
Handle employee queries and ensure a smooth HR experience.
Organize team-building activities and HR events.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers and interns are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes is a plus.
Ability to work on-site full-time (No Work From Home).
