Job Description

About the Role:-

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. If you have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude — we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :-

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Help coordinate HR events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
Participate in daily HR operations and administrative support tasks.

Key Requirements :-

Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
