Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support end-to-end hiring for Edify School branches, encompassing both teaching and non-teaching staff. This role offers hands-on experience in the education sector recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in hiring
teachers, administrators, and support staff
for Edify School branches.
Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, and referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
Coordinate interviews with school leadership and HR teams.
Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals and social media.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
Assist the HR team with recruitment reports and MIS updates

Eligibility & Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed
MBA / PGDM / Graduation
(HR preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Ability to work with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email tools
Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
