As an enthusiastic HR Intern focused on recruitment at Corporate Intellect Solutions, you will have the opportunity to support our recruitment efforts and gain valuable insights into the HR field. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals. - Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Conducting preliminary interviews and gathering candidate feedback. - Maintaining the applicant tracking system and updating candidate records. - Assisting in preparing recruitment reports and metrics. - Collaborating with the HR team on employer branding and outreach initiatives. - Supporting onboarding processes for new hires, as needed. Qualifications required for this role: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or a specialization in Human Resources. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Detail-oriented and highly organized. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
