Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Nehru Place, Delhi
Duration: 2 to 3 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 to ₹8,000 per month

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a internship. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are looking to gain practical experience in core HR functions within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Support in employee onboarding and documentation
• Help maintain and update HR records and databases
• Assist in drafting HR communications and policy documents
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and feedback collection
• Provide support in daily HR operations and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
