Job Title: Qualified Company Secretary Location: Delhi Company: BizFoc Business Solutions Pvt Ltd Industry: Finance, Compliance & Consulting Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong internship experience may also apply) About Us: BizFoc Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is a growing finance and consulting firm helping startups, SMEs, and corporates with end-to-end compliance, taxation, and business advisory services. We manage compliance for multiple client companies across industries. Key Responsibilities: Manage secretarial and compliance requirements for multiple client companies. Handle ROC filings, drafting of board resolutions, minutes, and maintenance of statutory registers. Ensure timely compliance under the Companies Act, FEMA, LLP Act, and other applicable regulations. Coordinate with internal teams and clients for timely execution of compliance tasks. Guide and supervise a small team of interns or semi-qualified professionals to ensure proper task delegation and quality. Assist in due diligence, incorporation, annual filings, and other CS functions as required. Stay updated with regulatory changes and implement them as per client needs.
