HR Intern

Roles & responsibilities We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team at the corporate office in Hyderabad. This 3-month internship provides hands-on experience across various HR functions within the dynamic environment of the real estate sector.

• Assist in recruitment activities: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases
• Support onboarding and documentation processes for new joiners
• Coordinate with different departments for employee data and attendance tracking
• Help in organizing employee engagement and R&R activities
• Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and databases
• Assist in drafting HR communications and reports
• Support daily administrative HR tasks as needed

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions and procedures
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
