Seeking a proactive HR Intern at reverseBits to spearhead our expansion in the IT hiring. The role involves managing end to end recruitment cycle and coordinating with the HR department for various tasks.

Ideal for a dynamic individual with IT/Technical education background, should be able to adapt to navigating fast-paced environments and be comfortable. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving our company's growth and market presence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s /Master's Degree in computer, IT, or a similar field. An MBA or relevant certifications will be an additional advantage.
• Experience: Freshers willing to undergo training with very good communication skills
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of recruiting platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing, content marketing, and AI-powered customer service tools.
