As an HR Intern, you will support day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with posting job openings and screening candidate applications
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Support onboarding and induction processes
• Maintain HR documentation and databases
• Assist in organizing employee engagement programs
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks
• Perform other HR duties as assigned by the team

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Positive attitude and team spirit
