HR Intern

In an HR Trainee role you will be exposed to the day-to-day of running an HR department in an organisation. This refers to taking care of an organisations employees, including hiring, disciplinary, performance and training, and ensuring a healthy work environment that keeps people happy.

Duties and responsibilities an HR Trainee will be involved with include:
Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issuesReferring issues to senior HR staffAssisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisersCoordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offersConducting inductions of new staffParticipating in the collection of market salary information for the annual reviewAssisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and proceduresResponding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company
