Job Description

Location: Kota Duration: 3 Months Role Overview We are looking for an HR Intern to support faculty hiring at ALLEN Digital. This role will focus on end-to-end hiring coordination, candidate sourcing, and recruitment support for faculty and academic staff. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing candidates through Naukri and be proficient in Excel for data management and reporting . Key Responsibilities Assist in faculty hiring and recruitment coordination . Source candidates from Naukri and other job portals, ensuring a strong pipeline. Manage and update candidate databases, track applications, and maintain hiring records. Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and communication with candidates. Support screening and shortlisting of faculty profiles based on predefined criteria. Work with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes. Generate reports and maintain hiring dashboards using MS Excel . Qualifications & Skills BSc, BCom, or MBA (HR/related fields) . Experience in sourcing candidates through Naukri (search, screening, and outreach). Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Management). Strong organizational and coordination skills .
