Role: HR Intern No. of Vacancies: 03 Responsibilities: Souring right cnadidates from different job portals, social media, job drives/walk-ins Scheduling interviews through our ATS system on daily basis Coordinate with the Managers and Zonal office regarding the Interviews and feedbacks. Daily HR operations Maintaining vacancy tracker and working on it. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms Registering of new employees/interns and onboarding them in the system. Requirements: Bachelors Degree or Bachelors Degree with Certification in HR (preferably BCOM ,BBM/BBA) Great communication as well as interpersonal skills, quick learner, good in researching and finding solutions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring strong initiative, creativity, collaboration, self-reliant and passion to learn Excellent in presentation skills with the ability to portray a strong professional image Strong people assessment skills Benefits: A 6-month internship with employment opportunity, on completion of internship henceforth will be converted as HR Executive with best salary industry Up to 25 CTC & Additional Variables & Bonus will be given.
