Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Jayanagar, Bangalore. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and get an inside look at HR in a tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various roles
• Help coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires
• Maintain and update employee databases and documentation
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
• Draft and publish job postings on various platforms
• Assist in internal communication, policy dissemination, and compliance tracking
• Help organize HR records and ensure proper documentation
• Provide day-to-day support in HR operations and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
