Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will:

• Assist in sourcing & screening candidates through various job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support in day-to-day HR operations including documentation, onboarding, and database management.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication initiatives.
• Assist in HR administration tasks like maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling queries.
• Provide support to the HR team in various ongoing projects and ad-hoc tasks.

• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
