Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and understand the workings of a dynamic entertainment company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and follow-ups
• Maintain and update employee databases and intern records
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new joiners
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events
• Assist in drafting job descriptions, HR communications, and policy documents
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Word) & Google Workspace
• Passion for media/entertainment industry is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
