Key Responsibilities Assist in HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records and documentation. Support HR operations by coordinating onboarding processes for new hires. Participate in HR generalist activities, providing support to the HR team as needed. Engage in recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify suitable candidates. Assist in talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to the organization. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters. Qualifications The ideal candidate for this internship should possess the following qualifications: Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in HR or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Skills: Strong understanding of HR administration, operations, and generalist activities. Recruiting Skills: Familiarity with sourcing, talent acquisition, and recruitment processes. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is a full-time internship with a day schedule and will be conducted on-site . The selected candidate will receive an annual salary of 2,00,000 .
