Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this internship should possess the following qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in HR or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills: Strong understanding of HR administration, operations, and generalist activities.
• Recruiting Skills: Familiarity with sourcing, talent acquisition, and recruitment processes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
