We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive who is passionate about entertainment and can thrive in a fast-paced, real-time content environment. This role requires someone who is always connected, ready to jump on breaking stories, and can work flexibly as per the demands of a live news environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Threads, etc.)Post real-time updates and coverage on breaking entertainment newsPlan and execute engaging, high-impact social media campaignsCreate, curate, and schedule content in line with Bollywood Now’s brand voiceWork closely with content writers, video editors, and other creative teams for timely executionTrack emerging trends, hashtags, memes, and audience engagement opportunitiesUse analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights,.) to measure performance and optimize strategiesBe available on phone for real-time coordination and quick response during critical updatesWho You AreBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or a related field1–3 years of experience handling social media for a media, news, or entertainment platformExcellent grasp of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagementStrong writing, proofreading, and basic visual editing skillsFamiliar with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.Understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing basics is a plusFlexible with work hours and willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if requiredEnergetic team player who can work independently and thrives in a newsroom-like environmentMust be comfortable working from office at our Worli locationInterested?
