Noida Role : Support - Industrial Relations You are responsible for fostering positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and managing all industrial relations issues within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Negotiation and Collective Bargaining: Often lead negotiations between management and labor unions, aiming to reach fair and mutually beneficial agreements. Labor Dispute Resolution: Adept at managing and resolving labor disputes, including contract negotiations, strikes, and other forms of industrial action. Compliance with Labor Laws: Ensure that the company's policies and practices comply with local, state, and national labor laws, minimizing the risk of legal challenges. Grievance Handling: Address employee grievances and concerns promptly and effectively, working to find fair and equitable solutions. Promoting a Positive Work Environment: Play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by promoting open communication, resolving conflicts, and implementing policies that align with employee welfare. Managing employee relations Ensuring compliance with labor laws Facilitating negotiations between management and unions Employee representatives Aiming for a positive and productive work environment .
