Noida Role : Support - Industrial Relations You are responsible for fostering positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and managing all industrial relations issues within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Negotiation and Collective Bargaining: Often lead negotiations between management and labor unions, aiming to reach fair and mutually beneficial agreements. Labor Dispute Resolution: Adept at managing and resolving labor disputes, including contract negotiations, strikes, and other forms of industrial action. Compliance with Labor Laws: Ensure that the company's policies and practices comply with local, state, and national labor laws, minimizing the risk of legal challenges. Grievance Handling: Address employee grievances and concerns promptly and effectively, working to find fair and equitable solutions. Promoting a Positive Work Environment: Play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by promoting open communication, resolving conflicts, and implementing policies that align with employee welfare.
