Job Description

Job Title: HR Governance Executive / Analyst


Department: Human ResourcesReports to: Lead HR Governance & ComplianceLocation: Andheri & Thane


Experience Required: 2-5years in HR audit, compliance, or policy documentation roles

Key Responsibilities:
1. Whistleblower & Grievance Support
• Maintain case logs and trackers for whistleblower complaints and employee grievances.• Assist in follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of cases.• Support the preparation of periodic reports and dashboards for senior management review.

2. HR Policy & SOP Documentation
• Assist in drafting, formatting, and updating HR policies and SOPs as per inputs from the Lead and functional teams.• Ensure the latest policy versions are uploaded and accessible on internal HR platforms.• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for policy clarifications and feedback.

3. Internal Audit Coordination
• Help execute the monthly/quarterly HR internal audit calendar across various processes.• Collect and validate audit data, supporting documentation, and responses from process owners.• Maintain audit trackers and assist in follow-up of action items to ensure timely closure.

4. External Audit Readiness
• Support data collation and response preparation for external audits (e.g., statutory, compliance, regulatory).• Organize and archive audit files and evidence for future reference.

5. Data Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as the single point of contact for HR data requests received from departments such as Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Secretarial, Legal, etc.• Review and validate data inputs from relevant HR teams before external circulation.• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports and data sets.• Maintain structured trackers for data requests, status, and historical submissions to support audits and board reviewsKey Skills & Competencies:
• Working knowledge of HR processes and compliance frameworks.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources• Basic understanding of HR policies, audits, and regulatory standards (preferred)
