Reports to: Company Director Job Summary: - We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and policy development. This role involves hiring across diverse roles, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating across departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment for tutors, marketing, sales, finance, IT, and administrative roles. Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding and training to support a smooth transition for new hires Strategic HR & Reporting: Collaborate on strategic HR planning, maintain MIS and HRIS data for reporting and analytics. Other Duties: Stay current with HR best practices, manage employee negotiations as needed. Qualifications & Skills Required: Education: Bachelors degree in Human. Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years in HR, with a focus on recruitment, payroll, and compliance. Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Office.
