Position Overview:

HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation activities
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Assist in performance management processes and employee relations
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support training and development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR generalist roles
• Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to work night shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM)
