HR Generalist

As our HR Generalist, you'll play a pivotal role in managing core HR functions across the employee lifecycle from onboarding and engagement to performance support and compliance. you'll serve as a key link between employees and leadership, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enriching work experience.

What You Will Do:

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievance resolution, and day-to-day HR operations
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction, and exit formalities
• Manage attendance tracking, leaves, and payroll coordination using HRMS tools (eg, Keka)
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, we'llness activities, and team-building events
• Support performance management processes including PIP, feedback cycles, and goal setting
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations
• Assist in drafting and rolling out HR policies, communications, and SOPs
• Collaborate with hiring teams to support recruitment when needed (screening, interviews, offer rollout)

What You Bring to the Team:

2-4 years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive

Strong knowledge of HR operations, Indian labor laws, and compliance

HRMS platforms

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion

A team-first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment

bachelors or masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Note: - HRMS Platforms Keka Experience will be an added advantage
