Raise a ticket for ID Badge once the employee number is created
Raise a ticket for NTID Creation

Onboarding
BGV has to be started once the candidate accepts the offer
Schedule Medical check-up before the candidate onboarding
On the day of joining documentation has to be done
Send the Introduction Mail to all and keep inform HRBP's

Reports
Generate the reports from the SAP as per the requirement of HRBP's

Queries
Need to handle the associate queries

Filing
Employee documentation has to be done and maintain the filing

ID Badge Administration
1. ID card Printing (Location wise and entity wise requirements are different)
2. BIS Server monitoring (we need to monitor data and trouble shoot date
movement issues between BIS Server and SAP).
Procuring ID Card stationery (ID Cards, Cartridges, lamination kit) etc.,
Addressing Printer issues and servicing
7. Deletion of separation cases data from BIS
8. Provide photographs for various requirements from any location
