We are looking for a proactive, high-ownership HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

Partner with hiring managers to identify role requirements and build detailed JDs.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate the full recruitment process.

Manage recruitment pipelines and maintain accurate candidate databases.

Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies or external partners.
People Operations & Engagement

Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.

Drive employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and team-building activities.

Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS; manage documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and exit formalities.

Assist in collecting payroll inputs and supporting compliance with HR policies.
