HR Generalist & Operations Assistant

Kavayah Solutions is an IT services company providing cutting-edge technology solutions to global clients. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate HR & Operations to join our team in Hyderabad. This role will manage HR functions and recruitment and assist the operations manager with daily operational tasks. Notice Period: Maximum 30 Days. Key Responsibilities Human Resources & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Conduct the first round of interviews, including high-level technical discussions, to assess candidates' suitability. Coordinate interview scheduling with technical teams and hiring managers. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Handle onboarding and induction of new employees. Manage HR records employee documentation, and maintain compliance with company policies. Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits. Operations Support: Assist the Operations Manager in managing day-to-day office activities. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations. Track attendance, leaves, and employee engagement activities. Support administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and office management. Assist with company events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or operations. Experience in conducting technical interviews is a plus . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
