Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or operations. Experience in conducting technical interviews is a plus . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
