Key Responsibilities HR Generalist: - Recruitment: Conduct end-to-end hiring processes, organize campus drives, and oversee onboarding procedures. - Employee Relations: Address concerns, resolve conflicts, and enhance engagement among team members. - Performance Management: Support in appraisal processes and identify training requirements for employee development. - Training: Coordinate training sessions, deliver ISO/soft skills training, and evaluate training effectiveness. - Compliance & Records: Ensure legal compliance, manage records, and generate reports as necessary. Operations Assistant: - Serve as a liaison between management and operations teams. - Monitor ticket resolution and workload efficiency to enhance operational effectiveness. - Compile client performance reports and recommend process enhancements. - Manage shift planning, ensure high utilization (>95%), coordinate with vendors, and oversee ISO tasks. What We're Looking For - Strong communication skills and proficient HR knowledge. - Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and accountable. - Proficiency in English, Excel, and HRMS tools is preferred. - Ability to handle confidential data with professionalism. - Previous HR & Operations experience in the IT industry is advantageous.
