HR Generalist & Operations Assistant

You will be part of a dynamic team at SupportSages, a leading cloud implementation services vendor with expertise in server management and advanced cloud technologies. As a HR Generalist, your key responsibilities will include: - End-to-end recruitment process, including campus drives and onboarding. - Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering engagement. - Assisting in performance appraisals and identifying training needs. - Coordinating training sessions, delivering ISO/soft skills training, and assessing effectiveness. - Ensuring legal compliance, managing records, and preparing reports. As an Operations Assistant, you will: - Serve as a bridge between management and operations. - Monitor ticket resolution and workload efficiency. - Generate client performance reports and propose process enhancements. - Handle shift planning, maintain high utilization (>95%), coordinate with vendors, and manage ISO tasks. We are seeking individuals with: - Strong communication skills and HR knowledge. - Detail-oriented, multitasking abilities, and a sense of responsibility. - Proficiency in English, Excel, and HRMS tools (preferred). - Capability to handle confidential data professionally. - Previous experience in HR and operations within the IT industry is advantageous.
