Position Overview:

  • We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a minimum of 2- 3 years of HR experience, encompassing recruitment, generalist functions, HR policies, payroll, policy creation and implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, managing day-to-day HR operations, and supporting the organization's strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries and provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

 Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with legal requirements.

 Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on HR-related topics, including compliance training, performance management, and employee relations.

 Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure HR practices and policies are compliant with current legislation.

 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.

 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing a variety of recruitment channels and methods.

 Basic knowledge of HR software's.

 Actively managing the attendance of employees on regular basis.

Qualifications:

 Full time Bachelors/ masters degree (preferred) in HR or related field.

 Minimum of 2- 3 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in recruitment, operations, HR policies, Manual payroll.

 Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR policies and procedures.

 Experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems, with proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
