HospiPal Health LLP is a health-tech startup redefining hospital care in India. We’re building a new category: HospiPals—trained non-clinical companions who support patients and families through OPD visits, hospital admissions, discharge, and recovery. Our mission is simple: no patient should ever feel alone in a hospital.

Work Location:

This position is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), which includes Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and nearby suburbs.

We’re hiring an HR Generalist to help us scale and deliver compassionate care.

You’ll join our founding team and own end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. If you have 1–4 years of HR experience and love building from the ground up, this is your chance to help shape the future of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard HospiPals (companions) and support staff

• Build partnerships with colleges, training institutes, and hiring networks

• Manage HR operations: attendance, scheduling, employee records, compliance

• Coordinate induction and training for new hires

• Drive engagement, retention, and motivation in a hybrid workforce

• Support founders in workforce planning and scale-up strategy

What We’re Looking For

• MBA / Master’s in HR, Management, or related field

• 1–4 years’ HR generalist, operations, or recruitment experience

• Strong communication & people skills

• Based in or willing to travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR)

• Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and self-driven
