The Tech Lead Full Stack & Workflow Automation role is a pivotal position offering significant influence over the technical direction of a growing early-stage venture. As the Tech Lead, your main responsibilities will include leading the full-stack development of backend, frontend, and internal tools, designing and implementing automated workflows utilizing tools such as n8n, Zapier, and custom scripting. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to shape the technical roadmap, establish scalable systems, and prepare for future team expansion. The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 3 years of experience in full-stack web development and be proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks like Next.js, React, and Node.js. Additionally, you should be comfortable with API integrations and cloud platforms such as Firebase and Supabase. Familiarity with workflow automation tools like n8n, Zapier, and Make is also desired. We are hiring partners/service providers (not salaried employees) who are compassionate, smart, and ready to support patients and families through various hospital journeys. This is a commission-based role, ideal for those seeking flexible work opportunities with the potential to earn up to ₹60,000/month, depending on work volume and performance.
