About the Role:

HospiPal.Health LLP is building India’s first trusted network of non-clinical hospital companions, known as HospiPals. We are hiring partners/service providers (not salaried employees) who are compassionate, smart, and ready to support patients and families through various hospital journeys.

This is a commission-based role, ideal for those seeking flexible work opportunities with the potential to earn up to ₹60,000/month, depending on work volume and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients during OPD visits, hospital admissions, and discharge processes
• Provide emotional comfort, manage queues, fill out basic hospital paperwork
• Escort patients across hospital departments
• Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and communication
• Act as a non-clinical support system (no medical procedures involved)

Who Should Apply:

• Minimum Education: 12th pass or higher
• Good command over English (mandatory) + Hindi or Marathi
• Comfortable working in hospital environments
• Friendly, empathetic, and punctual
• Open to working as a partner on a per-assignment basis
• Basic smartphone usage and Google Maps familiarity
• Candidates who can attend training sessions in Mumbai/Thane/Kalyan
