Why this role matters

As our Founding Creative Designer, you will own how HospiPal looks, feels, and communicates — across product, brand, and storytelling. Your work will not just be about pixels or posters; it will define trust, warmth, and clarity in a space where families make critical decisions.

What you’ll do

• Design visuals for digital, print, and social media campaigns that explain and inspire

• Build and refine UI/UX for our web and mobile platforms, ensuring a simple, human-friendly experience

• Create illustrations, icons, and infographics that make healthcare communication clear and relatable

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to translate ideas into powerful design outcomes

• Develop and maintain a brand style system that ensures consistency everywhere HospiPal shows up

• Balance creativity with clarity — knowing that in healthcare, simplicity builds trust

What we’re looking for

• 1+ years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or visual design

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD (motion/animation is a plus)

• Strong illustration and visual storytelling ability

• Understanding of user-centered design and mobile-first principles

• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and delivers with speed and quality

• Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not mandatory — empathy is non-negotiable
