This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about Recruitment, AI in HR, and People Management
You will have direct exposure to our software development team, working with them to create AI-driven solutions for HR business flows, while also playing a critical role in scaling our workforce
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionDrive end-to-end hiring process across tech and non-tech roles
Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn, Naukri, and AI-driven tools
Screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers to close positions quickly
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs
HR Tech & AI CollaborationPartner with the software development team to build and test AI solutions for HR functions
Explore and adopt the latest HR automation and AI recruitment solutions
Generalist Functions (Learning & Growth Opportunity)Support onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, L&D, training, alumni relations, and retention strategies
Assist in HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day processes
