Responsible to maintain Neat and Clean Work area in all shift as per site 5S standards. Responsible to do shift SAP posting and RM/PM inventory as per SAP stock.
> Ensure that sample checks are conducted at all production personnel. > Perform quality analysis and records result for raw materials,semi finished goods,finished goods and packing materials. > Inform the quality issue of raw matrials.packaging materials to the concerned department and Head QA & QC. > Provide quality improvement feedback on semi-finished goods and finished goods to operation. > Documents all inspection,testing result amd statistical reports for future reference > Prepare samples with certificate of analysis & dispatch to marketing department,registration department for export & domestic market. > Provide feedback of counter sample analysis of the product with certificate of analysis to marketing deoartment legal department -sample drawn by agriculture department. > Handle /attend customer complains regarding product
1. Coordinate with vendors for the servicing of laboratory equipment, air conditioning units. 2. Indent Chemicals indent and maintain Stores 3. Coordinate gas cylinder orders and maintain stock levels. 4. Perform clerical tasks as needed. 5. Set up laboratory experiments and clean the apparatus. 6. Ensure good housekeeping in the laboratory while prioritizing safety. Note : This role would be on third party role
Role & responsibilities Conduct periodical training program for awareness on safety, health and environment. Conduct plant round and SHE committee meeting. Arrange necessary Personal protective equipment to plant chemist and workmen Monitor the unsafe act and unsafe condition and report to concerned section manager Assist procurement to procure the good quality of personal protective equipment. Monitor work permit compliance. Investigate the accident & incident occurs in the plant and ensures the necessary corrective action are taken. Waste disposal to authorized site. Monitor and guide the ETP operator on effluent treatment plant operation. Arrange safety promotional activity and arrange safety competition during safety week Monitor and ensure compliance of legal requirement pertaining to Safety, health and environment. Ensure SHE committee meeting carried out Preferred candidate profile Should be enthuse for new tasks related to BBS and TPM Should take lead for safety techniques implementation Knowledge of IMS system Good interpersonal Skills Good presentation skills (Must) Knowledge on HIRA/Aspect impact study and documentation of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001

Role & responsibilities Ensure all Safety, Environment and Health standard are maintained to achieve a goal of ZERO incident Goal. Ensure that floor is maintained in neat and tidy condition. Ensure that there is no spillage of material on the floor and if there is any spillage, it is promptly cleaned immediately. Maintain all equipment like Fork truck, Stacker, hand palate truck in your area of ownership in neat & clean condition. Ensure that there are no leakages of water / chemical in your area of Ownership. Ensure that maintenance of the equipment in your area of Ownership is done as per the plan. Good housekeeping in the store Owner and originator of all SOP are related to area of working. Follow SOP of warehouse. Ensure that all the records pertaining to the Stores are maintained at all times.
