Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities including developing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Additional responsibilities include conducting employee onboarding, managing employee relations, and overseeing benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and developing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the tech industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
