HR Generalist & Admin

As an HR Generalist & Admin at Netcom Learning, your role involves seamlessly blending core HR functions with admin operations to support the entire employee lifecycle and ensure smooth day-to-day office management. You will play a key role in fostering engagement and enhancing the overall employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end onboarding, confirmations, and exit processes. - Facilitate induction, welcome kits, system setup, and milestone tracking including 30-60-90-day reviews. - Coordinate appraisal cycles and updates in HRMS. - Address employee queries, resolve grievances, and support performance improvement plans. - Plan and organize team-building activities, celebrations, and employee recognition events. - Conduct feedback surveys, analyze responses, and support follow-up action plans. - Coordinate employee transportation and shift logistics. - Manage office admin tasks such as vendor coordination. - Collaborate with external service providers for tasks like background verification. - Maintain accurate employee data and records in the HRMS. - Generate reports for audits and leadership review. - Ensure adherence to internal policies and statutory compliance.
